
Baked Tofu with Miso Glaze

Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of miso paste
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the miso paste, soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic, and ginger.
- Place the tofu slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tofu slices with the miso glaze mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tofu is golden and crisp.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
