Ingredients

  • 1 block of firm tofu, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the miso paste, soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Place the tofu slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the tofu slices with the miso glaze mixture.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tofu is golden and crisp.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
