
Boiled Dumplings with Spicy Sichuan Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 package dumpling wrappers
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Sichuan peppercorns
- 1 tbsp chili oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground pork, garlic, ginger, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place a small amount of filling in each dumpling wrapper, fold and seal the edges.
- Boil a large pot of water and add the dumplings. Cook for 5-7 minutes until they float to the surface.
- In a separate bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, Sichuan peppercorns, and chili oil for the sauce.
- Serve the boiled dumplings hot with the spicy Sichuan sauce.
