Ingredients
- 1 whole turkey
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, dried cranberries, pecans, onion, garlic, and chicken broth.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper, then stuff the turkey with it.
- Place the stuffed turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Roast for 3 hours, basting with cranberry sauce every 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil in the last 30 minutes to brown the turkey.
