Ingredients

  • 1 whole turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, dried cranberries, pecans, onion, garlic, and chicken broth.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper, then stuff the turkey with it.
  4. Place the stuffed turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
  5. Roast for 3 hours, basting with cranberry sauce every 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil in the last 30 minutes to brown the turkey.
