Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 egg
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 8 small corn tortillas
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix coconut, flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
