
Corn on the Cob with Herb Butter
A delicious and traditional June Festival dish, perfect for celebrating the season.

Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 1/2 cup of butter, softened
- 2 tbsp of fresh herbs (such as parsley, chives, and dill), chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Add the corn and cook for about 5 minutes until tender.
- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with the chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Remove the corn from the water and spread the herb butter on each ear.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
