Corn on the Cob with Herb Butter

Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 1/2 cup of butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp of fresh herbs (such as parsley, chives, and dill), chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. Add the corn and cook for about 5 minutes until tender.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with the chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Remove the corn from the water and spread the herb butter on each ear.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
