Easter Bunny Buns

Celebrate Easter with these adorable bunny-shaped bread rolls!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Raisins or chocolate chips (for eyes)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. Heat milk until warm and add yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix yeast mixture, melted butter, and egg with dry ingredients to form a dough.
  4. Knead the dough until smooth, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Divide dough into 12 pieces and shape them into bunny bodies and ears.
  6. Place on a baking sheet, add raisins/chocolate chips for eyes, and let rise for 30 minutes.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
