Easter Bunny Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 1 box of cake mix
• 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup of frosting
• Pink food coloring
• Candy eyes
• Marshmallows
• Pink sprinkles

Instructions

1. 1. Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions
2. 2. Bake in cupcake liners according to cake mix instructions
3. 3. Let cupcakes cool completely
4. 4. Mix a few drops of pink food coloring into the frosting
5. 5. Frost the cupcakes
6. 6. Cut marshmallows in half, dip cut side in pink sprinkles, and place on cupcakes as ears
7. 7. Add candy eyes and a small pink sprinkle for the nose
