Ingredients

  • 1 cup of fermented kimchi
  • 1 lb of thinly sliced beef
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream
  • Lime wedges for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the sliced beef until browned.
  2. 2. Warm the tortillas in the pan for about 30 seconds on each side.
  3. 3. Assemble the tacos by layering beef, kimchi, cabbage, cilantro, and a dollop of sour cream on each tortilla.
  4. 4. Serve with lime wedges on the side and enjoy!
