Ingredients
- 1 cup of fermented kimchi
- 1 lb of thinly sliced beef
- 8 small tortillas
- 1/2 cup of shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- Lime wedges for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the sliced beef until browned.
- 2. Warm the tortillas in the pan for about 30 seconds on each side.
- 3. Assemble the tacos by layering beef, kimchi, cabbage, cilantro, and a dollop of sour cream on each tortilla.
