
Grilled Halloumi Tacos
These vegetarian grilled halloumi tacos are packed with flavor and perfect for a meatless meal.

Ingredients
- 8 oz halloumi cheese, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small tortillas
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add sliced halloumi, bell peppers, and onion, toss to coat.
- 2. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill halloumi and vegetables until charred and softened.
- 3. Warm tortillas on the grill pan. Fill with grilled halloumi and vegetables.
- 4. Top with salsa, sour cream, and fresh cilantro. Serve and enjoy!
