
Grilled Pineapple and Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Add shrimp and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Thread shrimp, pineapple, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
