Ingredients

  • 1 lobster
  • 2 cups Arborio rice
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cups seafood stock
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the lobster and remove the meat.
  2. 2. In a pan, sauté the onion and rice until translucent.
  3. 3. Add the white wine and cook until absorbed.
  4. 4. Gradually add the seafood stock while stirring constantly.
