
Lobster Thermidor

Ingredients
- 2 lobsters
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh tarragon for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Cook lobsters in boiling water for 10 minutes. Remove meat from shells and chop it.
- 2. In a saucepan, combine cream, wine, butter, mustard, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened.
- 3. Add lobster meat to the sauce and heat through.
- 4. Serve the lobster mixture in the shells and garnish with fresh tarragon.
