Ingredients

  • 2 lobsters
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh tarragon for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook lobsters in boiling water for 10 minutes. Remove meat from shells and chop it.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine cream, wine, butter, mustard, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened.
  3. 3. Add lobster meat to the sauce and heat through.
  4. 4. Serve the lobster mixture in the shells and garnish with fresh tarragon.
