
Matcha Green Tea Tiramisu

Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder
- 1 cup brewed green tea, cooled
- 24-30 ladyfinger cookies
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and matcha powder.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Dip each ladyfinger cookie into the brewed green tea and line the bottom of a dish with a layer of cookies.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining cookies and mascarpone mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Dust with additional matcha powder before serving, if desired.
