
Miso Soup
A traditional Japanese soup made with miso paste, tofu, seaweed, and green onions.

Ingredients
- 4 cups dashi stock
- 1/4 cup miso paste
- 1/2 block tofu, cubed
- 2-3 sheets dried seaweed
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, bring the dashi stock to a simmer.
- 2. Add the miso paste and stir until dissolved.
- 3. Add the tofu and seaweed, simmer for 5 minutes.
- 4. Serve hot garnished with green onions.
