
Pumpkin Mac and Cheese
A Thanksgiving twist on a classic comfort food favorite, this creamy and flavorful Pumpkin Mac and Cheese is sure to be a hit at your holiday table.

Ingredients
- 1 lb macaroni noodles
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine pumpkin puree, milk, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
- Add cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix well. Transfer to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the mac and cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
