
Pumpkin Pie
Delicious and classic Thanksgiving dessert.

Ingredients
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
- 1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin puree
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Whipped cream for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- Pour mixture into pie crust and bake for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F (180°C) and continue baking for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before serving. Top with whipped cream before serving.
