
Sausage and Potato Casserole
A hearty and flavorful homestyle casserole made with sausages and potatoes.

Ingredients
- 6 sausages
- 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1/2 cup of milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook the sausages until browned. Remove and slice them.
- In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Layer the sliced potatoes in a casserole dish, top with sausages, onion, and garlic mixture.
- In a bowl, mix chicken broth, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over the casserole.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle cheese, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
