Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add basil, eggs, sour cream, and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture over the crust in the pan.
  5. 5. Bake for 40-45 minutes until set.
  6. 6. Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
