
Savory Basil Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- 3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add basil, eggs, sour cream, and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Pour the mixture over the crust in the pan.
- 5. Bake for 40-45 minutes until set.
- 6. Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- 7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
