- 1 prepared pre-baked pie crust
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Spread spinach and feta cheese on the bottom of the pie crust.
- Pour the egg mixture over the spinach and feta.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set and golden brown.
