
Savory Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 large green cabbage
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully remove the core from the cabbage and place the whole cabbage in the boiling water. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the leaves are soft enough to roll.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until browned. Add cooked rice, diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Carefully remove cabbage leaves and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in each leaf. Roll up tightly, tucking in the sides. Place rolls in a baking dish.
- Pour any remaining beef mixture over the cabbage rolls. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
- Serve the savory stuffed cabbage rolls hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
