
Sous-Vide Steak
Tender and perfectly cooked steak using the sous-vide method. A foolproof way to achieve restaurant-quality results at home.

Ingredients
- 2 beef steaks
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Place each steak in a separate sous-vide bag with a sprig of rosemary, crushed garlic, and olive oil.
- Seal the bags using a vacuum sealer.
- Cook in a sous-vide water bath at 130°F (54°C) for 2 hours.
- Remove the steaks from the bags and pat dry with paper towels.
- Heat a skillet over high heat and sear the steaks for 1 minute on each side.
- Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
