
Steamed Dumplings
Delicious and juicy steamed dumplings filled with your choice of meat and vegetables.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 package dumpling wrappers
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together ground pork, cabbage, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Place a spoonful of the pork mixture onto a dumpling wrapper.
- Fold and pleat the edges of the wrapper to seal the dumpling.
- Steam the dumplings for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
