Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup chopped cabbage
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 package dumpling wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together ground pork, cabbage, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Place a spoonful of the pork mixture onto a dumpling wrapper.
  3. Fold and pleat the edges of the wrapper to seal the dumpling.
  4. Steam the dumplings for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
