
Stuffed Cornmeal Cake
A traditional Brazilian June Festival treat, this stuffed cornmeal cake is delicious and perfect for celebrating with friends and family.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 cup shredded chicken
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a round cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix the cornmeal, flour, sugar, butter, eggs, and milk until well combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan and spread the shredded chicken and cheese on top.
- Cover with the remaining batter and bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before slicing and serving.
