Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tbsp green curry paste
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup bamboo shoots
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce

  • Handful of Thai basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the green curry paste.
